Helpdesk

Support of our products and applications is a matter of course for CardioVasculair B.V.. That is why we have a Helpdesk, where you can
you can contact us with your questions about a.o:

  • product information;
  • operation of equipment and/or associated software;
  • installation/instruction of software/applications;
  • calibration, repair, maintenance of your equipment;
  • service / repair agreements;
  • lending equipment;
  • any other practical questions.

Our Helpdesk is available on weekdays during office hours. We have a break from 12.30 to 13.00 hours. You can reach the Helpdesk:

Team viewer

In case you need help and/or support, we might be able to help you through our remote service. With the
ON-LINE PC OVERNAME application (TeamViewer) we can watch with you and hopefully be of service so that you can get back to work quickly.
