Telemetric home blood pressure measurement via Bluetooth
The Tel-O-Graph® BT is a fully automatic home blood pressure monitor, very easy to operate with one button!

In consultation with the physician, the patient measures his/her blood pressure for a certain period of time (e.g. 2-3 times a day). After the measurement, Tel-O-Graph® BT automatically transmits the readings via modem (BT terminal) or smartphone to a secure database. The doctor and/or medical practitioner/supervisor can thus optimally regulate and/or adjust the therapy. In this way, the number of visits to the practice can be reduced significantly and the workload for the doctor/assistant can be reduced.

The Tel-O-Graph® BT can also be used without a Bluetooth terminal: the physician gives the meter to the patient for a number of days, the patient takes the measurements and returns the Tel-O-Graph® BT to the practice after the measurement period has ended. The physician/assistant then reads the meter in the HMS Client Server software.

The Tel-O-Graph® home blood pressure monitor is prepared/read with the HMS CS software from version 5.1.0 onwards. (lower versions are not compatible with the Tel-O-Graph).

The Tel-O-Graph® BT home blood pressure monitor is supplied as standard with
- Tel-O-Graph® BT home blood pressure monitor;
- Tel-O-Graph® blood pressure cuff (1x size M);
- 4 AA batteries;
- Instructions for use and storage bag.

(The BT terminal is not included in the standard delivery and is available separately, as are blood pressure cuffs S, L and XL).
